I’ve had a lot of fun sharing holiday activities with you this year. I can’t wait until Georgia is old enough to do some of these things. With Halloween just around the corner, I figured it was time to share some fun themed activities to do with your kids. Most of these are complied of Pinterest finds meaning that links will be included!
If you know me, you know that my family didn’t celebrate Halloween. I went trick-or-treating for the first time at 26 with my friend and her kiddos. I loved it (we have yet to be able to take our own child). This holiday is definitely growing on me and doing themed activities helps me get into the spirit (get it? that was a Halloween joke).
- Trick or Treat Smell My Feet: (find it here)
This is a great activity for little ones! They make great memories and can also be used as gifts later on!

- Pumpkin Slime: (find it here)
I know that as a parent, you probably hate slime, but this one is so cute and it’s holiday themed, so give it a chance and when the holiday is over, make it disappear.

- Blood Candle: (find it here)
This is a great activity for older kids (it involves an open flame), but will make for some cute decor and everything you need can be found at the dollar store!

- Pony Bead Pumpkins: (find it here)
Any of your kids love to work with beads? If so, this craft is for them. All you need are some beads (obviously) and some colored pipe cleaners!

- Monster Face: (find it here)
Let your kids get creative as they design their very own monster face!

- Yarn Mummy: (find it here)
This craft is a quicker one, but it can be used as some pretty cute decor after. If you can’t find the eyes that this project requires, googly eyes would work just as well!

- Cotton Ball Ghost: (find it here)
This one is geared more toward younger kiddos. You need all of four things to make these, and they can make a bunch to keep busy!

- Tissue Paper Pumpkins: (find it here)
The picture below is of a pumpkin, but you can essentially do any halloween shape for this one. I’m a big fan of these tissue paper projects.

- Broccoli Fall Tree: (find it here)
I have finally found a use for broccoli. This craft require, paint, paper and broccoli.

- Salt Dough Pumpkin Keepsakes: (find it here)
I actually never thought about doing salt dough keepsakes any time other than Christmas but I found these pumpkin Keepsakes and knew they had to be included!

These are only 10 of the hundreds of halloween crafts that can be found on the internet. However, I didn’t want to overwhelm this post with too many ideas. Add these to what you already do, or start something new, just make this holiday and every holiday your own and give your kids something to laugh about when they’re older. I mean that’s our job right?
