I am a super picky eater. It is hard to find foods that I enjoy enough to make a second time. However, when I find a good one, I write it down and we eat it over and over. I figured, there must be more picky eaters out there like me. You know the ones. We order chicken fingers and Mac and Cheese at every restaurant because it’s HARD to mess those up (and if you do, we write bad reviews and never return).
I have included images for you to screen shot and save. There are no pop ups or ads to interrupt the recipe. This is just my way of trying to help make dinner time a little less stressful and overwhelming.
** Quick Disclaimer: these are not my original recipes and where I can, I will link the original, but give you my take on them **
- Sausage Potato Casserole:
Recipe Notes: The brand of Kielbasa doesn’t matter, but I have found that this recipe tastes really good with Great Value (Walmart) shredded hash browns. One important note, If you leave it on high, the Kielbasa burns (ask me how I know that).

2. Easy BBQ Ribs:
Recipe Notes: This is such an easy recipe, to throw a twist in it, search for Sweet Baby Rays Maple BBQ Sauce. You can thank me later. It not only tastes great, but makes your house smell amazing while it’s cooking.

3. Caesar Chicken with Mac ‘n’ Cheese:
Recipe Notes: This is one of the easiest recipes to make and it is so good as long as you make it right. The key to this one is cutting up the chicken before you put the dressing on it. The other key is the dressing. To get the most flavor out of this recipe, you need to buy Ken’s Creamy Caesar Dressing. Other than that, this recipe is pretty self explanatory.

4. Homemade Sloppy Joes:
Recipe Notes: Grab your favorite buns (I suggest potato rolls) and roll up your sleeves, because this homemade “manwich” recipe is a crowd pleaser. This is a low sodium version of your childhood favorite dinner. In my opinion it tastes so much better than the canned version.

5. Hamburger Potato Casserole:
Recipe Notes: I left the notes in the recipe card, but just remember to cook the potatoes all the way through. They taste really weird if you don’t. This can be made smaller (like in a 9×13 pan), but we like to have leftovers to freeze so this is the way that we make it every time.

EXTRA: “Cream of” Soup Substitute:
Recipe Notes: This is my take on a substitute for cream of soups. This is the low salt version of your favorite canned soups.

I hope some of these become staples in your homes like they have in ours. I love having some recipes on hand when I can’t think of what to make for dinner. If you have other easy recipes, leave them in the comments. I think we can all use some new dinner ideas!
